The film begins with the investigation of an unknown truck, carrying millions of rupees. With the investigation coming to an impasse, we see Jagapati Babu conduct the investigation. The only thing that can excite many onlookers is when Tamanna appears on the screen. The action sequences are far from realistic and are not whistle material as well. The songs in Tamil are a good interpretation that Telugu. The Telugu version of the film had a strange translation of dialogues that seemed unreal. The Cliche story has nothing more to offer than a few exciting moments. There are very intense scenes when it deals with the thriller part. The comedy slap stick has not worked and writers need to know that it is best not to mix two kinds of Top Level movies together. Vishal was a little more intelligent than he was. Jagapati Babu again plays the role of an angry cop, a role that fans are bored to see him in. Other characters such as Soori, Tarun Arora and Jayaprakash have played well.

Ram Gopal Varma has not directed a serious crime thriller, or actually any movie with a real story in a long time, and this movie has a good story. The question remains how the public of other states connect to this biopic drama. Supporting characters played by Vamsi Nakkanti, Kautilya, ShriTej convince as supporters and traitors in history. The film also deals with issues of what is going on in the mind of a gangster's wife and how she would manage her normal life.
